The lessor mentioned in the following car rental policy refers to Masterkey and the cars are rented according to the terms and conditions set out below . By signing them, the owner acknowledges and agrees to accept them all.

Car’s conditions, the status of the car:

Any defect evident at the time of vehicle delivery will be recorded and documented.

The vehicle will be delivered to the lessee in the best overall condition and without defects or damages.

The vehicle must be returned to the lessor in the same condition in which it was received, at the location and on time, according to the agreement.

The owner reserves the right to recover the vehicle without prior notice and at any time at the expense of the renter if the vehicle is used in violation of this agreement.

Terms and conditions of the car:

The tenant guarantees the following:

The lessee undertakes to periodically check the condition of the vehicle by controlling the oil, water, fire and tire pressure and inform the owner of any mechanical, pneumatic or electrical problems. The tenant must inform the landlord of any sign that appears on the screen to report any kind of maintenance. The renter must bear all damages resulting from the driver’s improper use, including administrative fees for failing to report this defect and continuing to drive the vehicle.

The driver maintains a driver’s license that is valid for more than one year and is 21 years of age or older. The car is driven only by authorized drivers who have an international license, a GCC license, or a country license approved according to the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

The renter must not use the vehicle for off-road driving, mechanical sports, rally racing, towing, or any other activity that may damage the vehicle. The renter is responsible for any damages, including the administrative costs of the vehicle due to misuse.

The vehicle will not be used to transport illegal substances (liquor, drugs, etc.) or to transport goods or to transport passengers for hire or any other illegal business. In the event of a fine or confiscation of the vehicle, the lessee is responsible for paying all damages to the lessor, such as the total value of the vehicle, fines, passenger claims, and other party claims. Loss of income.

No applicable insurance coverage if,

The renter / driver during the rental period leased the car without written consent from the owner.

The renter / driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs at the time of the accident.

The car was driven by any unauthorized driver as mentioned before.

In this case, the lessee is required to pay all damages to the car, third-party fees, the car’s occupants and the total rental value for the total number of days of repairing the car in the shop and all fines. The owner has the right to pay an administration fee for all expenses incurred.

The tenant must abide by all traffic rules and will be required to pay fines for traffic offenses in addition to administrative fees.

The lessee is not allowed to take the rented car outside the borders of the United Arab Emirates.

If the lessee requests to move the car outside the border, this must be requested in writing one week before the requested date. The lessor will confirm or reject in writing and reserve the right to do so.

In the event of an agreement between the two parties, the lessee may be required to pay an additional cost to the lessor if there is special insurance coverage that applies for that period.
